Join the Railyard Park Conservancy and Dr. Olivia Carril for a Native Bee Walk in the 13-acre Railyard Park. Many people are surprised to learn that not all bees live in hives. Join us and learn about the fascinating lives of solitary, native bees at this free workshop in the Railyard Park. After learning about native bees, we will head out into the park to identify the bees we discover! Last year we found 14 different species of bees in 45 minutes! We will also have an opportunity to check out the park’s Native Bee House and learn about the Railyard Park’s efforts at supporting pollinators. Join Us!

Please dress for the weather! We recommend you bring a hat, sunscreen and water.

Meet at the Railyard Park’s Community Room (701 Callejon) located directly behind SITE Santa Fe
